is a Sophiscated con Artist involved with Blackmailing and Scamming  Businesses 
worldwide from their computer generated programs which he himself  believe is far 
more valuable then Fortune 500 Assets.   

Samuel W Miller, a disgusting, and horrendous personality who hardly  knows 
anything about running a  Scrap Metal / Mine Business. He has a Strategy of 
misleading, lying,  shouting, confusing, and playing with legal terms to distract
your mind from actual topic / Business in question. To our team he appeared to
me mentally sick and ill with too many psychological problems in interpreting
and understanding written and spoken communication in English language.
If he is not successful in convincing you for your money he will upload 

your information on his website as "Beware of Con Artist".  

This is how he is playing a perfect role of being a Sophiscated & Specialized
con Artist: By uploading the name, address,  E mail, Phone, Fax number,
Contract number (produced by himself), contract details with massive Financial
figures (produced by automatic and copied computer programs which he
purposely does ) of a  person related to a company who just wanted to enquire
NSMC of what they are capable of offering, where these products are and whether
they can produce some kind of proof to show what NSMC is writing and claiming
on their web. NSMC and Samuel W Miller upload such person or Business 
details as "con Artist having no money". 

This is not out of lack of understanding, rather a very carefully designed and
thought planning well prepared to not only blackmail and threaten person / Business
who refuse to accept what NSMC is saying after their initial enquiry. This is a mental
state of crime where NSMC &  Samuel W Miller is trying to trap a person / business
with everything they can. In our Opinion, we therefore think NSMC should be banned
and blacklisted legally in the court to prevent harrasement and fraudulent activities to
the Business worldwide.

opinion and is perfectly legal in all respects, backed up by your emails and “documents”.
It is perfectly within your rights to litigate our opinion at your discretion. Whether such

under the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution. For your information, it would be
technically impossible for us to ever be bankrupt. As far as your damage claim, you
have stated no damage for the posting of our opinion that needs to be or can be redressed,
as such, any damage claim would be meritless at this point. Your opinion regarding our
contracts is just that and one not shared by most world courts or legal scholars. They
perform flawlessly in both directions and while you have your opinion it indicates your
lack of juris sectum.

We just thought of protecting the Businesses from around the world so that they don't
waste their time and resources with Network Scrap Metal Corporation and
Samuel W Miller.
 

We have decided to challenge Network Scrap Metal Crorporation in Court with Legal
proceedings to see how they keep on uploading wrong and misleading information about 
others without paying for legal damages. Anyone who have been a Victim of NSMC
